The project had explored explore the significant festivals in India,US and England.
The students learned the history, rituals, activities of the festivals of Diwali, Halloween and Christmas with the students.The main activities were :Halloween party, greeting cards,stall exhibition of decorated earthen lamps, candles, floating candles, Rangoli competition, Christmas Assembly.
The whole activity was shared with schools of United Kingdom
The aim of the project is to develop appreciation and recognition of various important monuments in India, Peru, Greece and Italy.
The students of grade IX and X collected pictures and information of history,the techniques used in construction, cost of monuments of various countries using internet. Students made PPTs and these PPTs were shared with the partner school of Peru, Italy.
A trip to an Indian monument was organized. Grade IX students prepared a Skit on the topic of Conservation of the monuments. Students of grade VIII made scrapbookson the same topic.
The aim of the project is to make students aware about the literacy rate of India in comparison to other countries like USA, UK, Canada, Nepal and Pakistan.
Students of grade XI and XII searched and made project files about the literacy rate of India in comparison to other chosen countries -Students of grade XII will make project files on their findings and present in the classroom.
The other activities were Group discussion by Grade XI on literacy rate,Pledge taking ceremony and a rally to aware people regarding the importance of Education.
The aim of this project is to renew and promote the art pf story-telling and to appreciate the history,culture and famous characters and stories from the chosen countries-India, Canada, USA, UK, Russia, Japan.
The main activities were : Narration of Folktales by grade III and IV and enactment by grade V, Board decorations on the same topic by grade VI.
The aim of this project is to study the different types of seasonal flowers in India, France, Finland, Ukraine and Holland.
The students will search about various kinds of flowers in the different countries and the climatic conditions of their growth.
The main activities are : Students will visit a nursery, plantation of flower plant, Students of grade VII will visit school garden, A slogan writing competition, Students of grade VII will make paper flowers.
The aim of the study is to create awareness regarding sound physical and mental health and to aware students regarding healthy practices used in the countries like India,SriLanka,Nepal,Pakistan.
The main activities were :-Symposium for grade VI and video links will be shared with the partner schools of Nepal and Pakistan,Yoga Camp,in a Skype chat session with partner school.
The aim is to study the dances of Japan,China,India,Austria,UK and Cuba.
The students learned to dance on the songs of the chosen countries..
Grade IX had made PPTs on the various kinds of costumes used in the dances of various countries and presented it in front of classroom.
